What’s the biggest area you have had to grow in now being a freshman at UNC-Charlotte?

The biggest area I had to grow in was being able to balance my time and to be able to be responsible for myself.

What’s one piece of advice you would tell all Seniors in High School getting ready to move onto College?

Learn how to manage your time. College is fast paced and the faster you learn how to manage your time the better off you will be.

How has it been making the transition to Charlotte from Heritage?

The transition from Heritage to Charlotte has been a fun process. Coach Woodard has created a fun environment for his players to get better everyday.

What’s one thing most people don’t know about college baseball?

The amount of time that is put into preparing for a season.

What’s the biggest message that Coach Woodard preaches at UNCC?

Coach Woodard preaches many messages but the biggest message would be that true character is revealed when adversity hits and how you respond to that.

Describe your normal day during your Freshman season?

A normal day Freshmen year would be wake up around 7am, eat breakfast, go to class until about 11am. Grab lunch then head down to the field to get ready for weights. After weights would be skill work/practice. After baseball activity I would grab dinner and do homework.

What would you tell a person looking at UNC-Charlotte Baseball?

It is a great family to be a part of and I made the right decision in choosing Charlotte.
