Game 1: Dirtbags 15U Prospects vs Rawlings Prospects 2024
Miller Young (2024 Durham Jordan High School LHP)
Miller has a 3/4 delivery, hides the ball well. Cross body motion is very effective. Filled the zone, very tough of both lefty and righties. Once he starts to add strength and velocities, he has the chance to be really good.
Jack Carela (2024 No High School Provided, 3B)
Carlea is a really interesting player. Big and athletic for his age. Short lefty swing and took aggressive swings. Plays good defense and has a plus arm for his age. Power tool is present as well. Definitely someone to keep an eye on in the future.
Game 2: Dirtbags 15U Futures vs Atlantic Coast Cobras
Sterling Haynes (2024 TC Roberson High School Infielder)
Athletic kid with an aggressive approach at the plate. Plus defender for his age was really aggressive defensively picking his hops and making throws on the run.
Ayden Sumner (2024 East Henderson High School OF)
Tall athletic frame. Appears to have good speed and has a good arm. Patient approach at the plate and waits for his pitch. Gets his best swings off when he gets his pitch. Has room to get stronger and fill out his frame. Another guy to watch out for in the future.
Game 3: Dirtbags 16U Headliners vs Dirtbags 15U Future
Luke Smith (2023 Northwood High School Catcher)
Really exciting player to watch. Very toolsy. Tripled to right center and showed + game speed. + arm behind the plate as well as a frame to add good weight and strength. Once he fills out he could be a top prospect in the area.
Wells Hutson (2023 Rocky Mount Academy Infielder)
Plus defender. Great footwork to compliment a good arm. All you want in a good SS. Had good at bats as well. Very exciting player to watch in the future.
Field: Oak Ridge Academy

Field: High Point Rockers
Game 1: Purpose Driven vs Dirtbags 15u Prospects
Gabe Adams (2024 North Johnston HS RHP) and Caden Hooray (2024 West Johnston HS RHP) both had good outings today on the mound for Purpose Driven. Adams was rhythmic, and used his length to sustain his fastball in the low to mid 70’s for strikes, and commanded his FB and changeup well. Hooray’s bread and butter was his breaking ball, which he used in different counts effectively.
Thomas Frazer (2024 Lee County HS RHP) was a bright spot as well in the 8am game today, mixing three pitches between two different slots and worked quick to keep Purpose Driven at bay. Offensively, Nick Worrell (2024, Wilson Hunt) had a productive day at the plate, and drove in three runs for the Dirtbags.
Game 2: Nados vs Next Level Baseball
Uncommitted Luke Tucker (2021 Walkertown HS) was solid at the plate for the Nados. Stayed on fastballs that were running away from him well. Tucker also threw two base runners out, and showed a pop time between 2.02 and 2.11.
Max Mull (2021 North Buncombe HS) showed some maturity in his delivery from a lower slot. Had nasty armside run and sink on his FB, and a sweeping slider that was not often touched by any hitters he faced. Kamden Lance (2021 AC Reynolds HS RHP) passed the eye test with his physicality, and barreled up everything he saw. Swing showed intent to do damage every time.
Game 3: East Coast Clippers vs Lexington Baseball Club
Jack Benedict (2021 River Bluff HS) pounded the zone with a fastball up to 85. Flipped in breaking balls for strikes between 68-71 to freeze hitters. Loose arm action, with a quick bottom half to generate power. Young Beau Hollins (2024 River Bluff HS) is a physical presence for a younger player. Was not phased by power fastballs, and was able to drive in a run today with a deep sac fly. Todd Hudson (2022 River Bluff HS) came in relief of Benedict. Used his length to his advantage and provided deception with a late release.
The Clippers ran out a pair of left handed arms that filled up the zone well. Cole Schiff (2021 Leesville Road HS LHP) (UNC-Asheville Commit) was filling up the zone with a mix of his fastball and curveball. Fastball had life, and sat 85-86 with a top velo of 88. 2021 Blake Hanly (2021, Heritage HS) was tricky to hit today, as he was able to hide the ball well through his delivery. Showed good movement on his fastball which was in the 82-83 range.

Bradyn Deaton (2024 Nation Ford HS INF)
Deacon really played lights out at short stop in this game. He sees the ball in his glove and moves around with good feet. If the bat comes around like his defense, he’s going to be a good player.
Kaden Morris (2024 Cleveland HS RF)
This big and tall player with a ton of room to fill in. Morris barreled the ball up every at bat this game. Has a gap to gap approach keeping his hands inside the ball nicely.
Braden Sanders (2024 West Johnson HS Catcher)
Really moves well behind the plate with a good throwing arm. Sanders take a under control but aggressive swing. Some potential pop here for sure.
Game 5: LBC Owls 17U vs Next Level 17U
Ethan Plyer (East Tenn State Commit) (2021 River Bluff HS INF)
Complete player here for LBC. Plays smooth defense at 2B, with a game changing bat. Plyer hit two triples in this game to deep right field showing some big time oppo pop.
Ethan Lebron (2021 River Bluff HS LHP)
This uncommitted player is going to be a steal for someone. He was up to 82 today with life. Had a great feel for a CH and a sweeping swing and misses SL.
Blake Stolesburry (2021 AC Reynolds HS RHP)
Athletic build with room to grow. This guy really competes on the mound. Had nice feel for pitching living 76-80 and mixing a hard slider with command. Really stays on his back side well exploding towards his target. I could see this guy throwing harder in the future.
Eli Landing (2021 North Buncombe HS 1B/RHP)
This is a strong kid, thats hits the ball hard… He really attacks fastballs and doesn’t miss when he gets them. He also throw late in the game and was up to 80. Mixed up fastballs on both sides of the plate.
