Impact was in the house at Brown Summit to watch two well coached programs battle it out on Wednesday night. Read more to find out about a few of the players.

Northern Guilford:

Jacob Halford (2021 NC State Commit) started on the bump for the Knighthawks. Halford was anywhere from 80-84 touching 85 mph on the night. His 75 mph slider is his out pitch!

Hank Dodson (2020 Dixie State U. Commit) was a wall behind the dish! The right handed hitter showed a very balanced swing at the dish as well.

East Forsyth:

Parker Sobota (2020 Uncommitted) has one of the best left handed swings, especially for a guy that’s uncommitted! This is a guy to go watch, if you are looking for an athletic outfielder.

Xavier Isaac (2022 Uncommitted) did not get much to hit tonight. One of the top players in the sophomore class showed a very violent swing from the left side. He has a very mature and patient approach at the dish.

Jimmy Shetzler (2022 Uncommitted) got the nod for the Eagles. The sophomore was 80-83 mph with the heater but, showed a very good three pitch mix with his slider and changeup.
